The 108+ Convention Committee adopted at its last plenary meeting on 14-16 June the first draft of the Model Contractual Clauses for cross-border data flows, to be used in personal data flows between controllers.
This draft has already been made publicly available (check the attachment below) and is ready for approval by the competent national authorities to be transposed into each country's legal order so that it is available as an instrument for international data transfer.
