Portuguese Data Protection Authorities' guidelines on measuring the body temperature of employees

Measuring the body temperature for the assemblage of Covid-19 infections has been a controversial issue regarding the application of the data protection principles provided for the (EU) Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (General Regulation on Data Protection), for a new legislation that legitimizes this treatment in the work context (being carried out by a health professional) has been issued. Nevertheless, the Portuguese Data Protection Authorities pronounces on the subject in order to clarify its point of view. Take a look here for the relevant documents on the issue:
